• Selective demolition and strip-out
• New partitioning and ceiling grid
• Full electrical rewire and LED lighting
• AC ductwork modification
• New flooring — engineered timber and carpet tiles
• Server room build-out with raised floor
• Joinery and kitchenette installation

Challenge

Occupied floor below — all noisy works between 10 PM and 6 AM. Zero noise complaints received from neighbouring tenants throughout the 5-month programme.
