Full MEP fit-out subcontract for 18 retail units at City Walk for Meraas Holding. From first fix through to testing and commissioning.

Scope of work

  • Electrical — DB installation, cable trays, wiring, lighting
  • Plumbing — hot and cold water supply, drainage, sanitaryware
  • Fire fighting — sprinkler system, hose reels, FM-200
  • HVAC — FCU installation, ductwork, controls
  • Testing and commissioning of all systems
  • Authority connection and final inspection

Progress

Currently at 45% completion. First fix complete in 12 of 18 units. Fire fighting installation progressing ahead of schedule.
