How we work
MEP teams are deployed according to the project programme and coordinated with civil and finishing activities to avoid clashes and rework. Site engineers issue daily targets, while supervisors monitor installation quality, material usage and progress against the schedule.
Support can be provided as complete trade packages or as additional manpower augmenting an existing site team.
