Site infrastructure package Completed

Complete site infrastructure package for a 12-hectare industrial plot in Sharjah, including road formation, storm-water drainage, sewerage and boundary works.

Scope of work

• Earthworks and site grading (45,000 m³ cut and fill)
• 1.2 km of internal roads with asphalt surfacing
• Storm-water drainage network with 600 mm HDPE pipes
• Sewerage system connected to municipal main
• Boundary wall — 850 m precast concrete panels
• Street lighting and electrical ducting

Results

Project completed 2 weeks ahead of programme. All quality tests for compaction and asphalt density passed on first attempt. The infrastructure now serves 14 industrial units within the plot.
