Warehouse — 4,200 m² Completed

Design, fabrication and erection of a 4,200 m² pre-engineered building (PEB) warehouse for Gulf Warehousing Co. in the Ras Al Khaimah industrial zone.

Scope of work

• Structural steel detailing and fabrication
• Foundation bolt installation and alignment
• Column and rafter erection using mobile crane
• Wall and roof sheeting with insulated panels
• Mezzanine floor for office area
• Internal rainwater drainage and guttering

Key challenges

Tight 7-month programme during summer months. All steelwork fabricated off-site and delivered in pre-assembled bundles to minimise on-site time. Zero lost-time incidents across 14,000 man-hours.
